Ladies, we can’t stress enough how important it is that you wear a great-fitting bra. A good bra supports us, conceals our flaws, and highlights our strengths. It can change the way we see our breasts and the way we see ourselves. A good bra can improve your posture and make you look thinner. When you are wearing the right one, it uplifts not only the girls, but more importantly your spirits and your confidence. Every woman deserves to look and feel great, and a fantastic bra can make all the difference.

We understand that bra fitting can be tricky, and we’re here to help. You may have heard that 8 out of 10 women are wearing an incorrectly sized bra. This is a common problem for a number of reasons:

Many women aren’t sure how a bra SHOULD fit. Often, our specialists hear that women just aren’t sure what they’re looking for in a bra.

Just because you’re a 34C in one bra, does not mean you will be a 34C in every bra. Traditional measurements only give a guideline for bra sizes. Different design processes and fit characteristics among brands and even styles within a brand will influence the fit of a bra, and sometimes, you have to take a different size to get the best fit.

Your body changes as your life changes. We’ve heard it said that the average woman changes bra sizes 6 times in her lifetime. Factors such as pregnancy, nursing, weight loss or gain, change in exercise routine, and birth control or hormonal changes can all affect your breast size. It’s important to get re-fitted regularly to ensure you’re still wearing the correct size. We recommended getting re-fitted once a year, or sooner if you’ve experienced any of the above changes.
