Shipping Information
Lace Silhouettes offers a flat shipping rate of $8.00 on all purchases.
We ship via UPS and USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days in transit for delivery. Please note that days in transit begin on the next business day following shipping confirmation. All delivery times are estimates, and while we do everything in our power to ensure you receive your purchase in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Please keep this in mind if time is critical.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Currently, we are only able to ship within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return/Exchange Policy
We want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make from Lace Silhouettes, but we know that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item. You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 60 days for an exchange or store credit. Receipt MUST be present. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNING INTIMATE APPAREL:

All original manufacturer's tags or packaging must be intact in order for us to accept a return.

To ensure that we are selling only brand new, unworn merchandise, we ask that when trying on new underwear or any garment with a crotch, you do so only over your own clean underwear. All returned panties and other garments with a crotch are examined to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards, and if we believe an item has been tried on or worn, we will not accept it as a return.

We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase, and be aware of any makeup you are wearing. Any garments with marks, stains, or scents may be non-returnable.

Due to the delicate nature of molded bra cups, we ask that you return them in a protective box in order to preserve their shape. Bras that have been misshapen or deformed due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our hygiene and quality control examination.
ERRORS OR DAMAGES
In the unlikely event that you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you the cost of returning the package to us and will not charge you for the shipping cost of replacement merchandise.
