1. Schedule your Virtual Fit Consultation Appointment by clicking "Schedule Now" below.

2. Check your email for appointment confirmation.

3. Within 24 hours of your appointment confirmation, a "Fit Questionnaire" will be emailed to you from your Fit Expert.

4. Fill out your "Fit Questionnaire" by replying back to your Fit Expert via email before your scheduled appointment time.

5. At your scheduled appointment time, your Fit Expert will email you your personal Analysis and Recommendations. **Please check your Spam and Trash email Inbox (just in case) at your scheduled time.

 

6. You can reply by email and click the links included in your Recommendations to shop online, and we can chat on the phone as well, (U.S. phone numbers only) if needed, during your scheduled appointment time.

7. Place your order at your leisure! After your order is placed, you will receive your “Care Package” in the following 5 to 10 days. Once you receive your “Care Package”, you will try on your garments in the comfort of your home. If something doesn’t fit quite right, you can simply send back the unworn items you need to exchange in your care package. Your Fit Expert will then schedule a followup call with you once your return is received, so you can work out the fit issues together.
